「Fotolog.net」にアカウントを作ろうとしたのですが、残念ながら申し込みの受付を数週間止めるとの事です。ところでトップページの更新状況を見ると、Brazilからの投稿が多いですね。最新更新12サイトの内9サイトがBrazilのサイトでした。最近はやっているのでしょうか？

Recently, we've been overwhelmed with demand for new Fotologs. We have temporarily stopped the registration of new free Fotolog accounts.
A bunch of new servers have already been ordered and a number of system upgrades are underway and we expect to be able to welcome new Fotolog members again within a few weeks.
